ASTs: Inspiring Excellence – DVD-ROM

ABOUT

Babcock 4S is the largest education and training company in the UK, providing a wide range of support services to schools, organisations and central and local government.

PROJECT BRIEF

Having been awarded the national contract for all AST assessments by the DCSF, Babcock 4S wanted to produce a DVD-ROM to help support their AST programme.

PROJECT SOLUTION

The DVD-ROM features a range of videos of lessons and outreach activities, and also a series of interviews with ASTs, Headteachers and AST coordinators from Local Authorities. We also captured an interview with a Senior Government Education Adviser at the DCSF offices in London, as well as an interview with the director of the AST programme at Babcock 4S. Accompanying the videos on the DVD-ROM are resources, information and links for anyone interested in the programme to find out more.
